Questions
How does a project run?
After an initial discussion and discovery, you receive a written proposal with the scope, deliverables, exclusions, milestones and price. Work starts only after you accept it, and is delivered in milestones you can review.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. The timeline is agreed with you in the written proposal. Timelines are estimates and depend on receiving information and feedback on time.
How is a project priced?
Services with a fixed price show it. Project work is priced from the agreed scope in a written proposal. A quote request is not an order and nothing is charged until you accept a price.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
You pay by card on SecurePayAPI’s secure payment page. Your card details never reach our servers, and an order counts as paid only after the payment provider confirms it to us. Google Pay and Apple Pay are not offered at the moment.
