2. These terms

These Terms of Service apply when you use this website, create an account, request a quote or place an order. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Accounts and approval

• To order services you need an account. You must give accurate details (name, email address, phone number and Telegram username) and keep your password secure.
• New accounts start as pending and are reviewed by us. We may approve, decline or later suspend an account, for example to prevent fraud or misuse, or if these terms are breached.
• You can sign in and see your account status at any time, but only approved accounts can place orders or make payments.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.

4. Services, prices and quotes

• Service descriptions on the website summarise what we offer. The specific scope of your work is what we agree with you in writing (including by email or Telegram).
• Fixed-price services are charged at the price shown when you place the order.
• Custom-amount services are charged at an amount agreed with you in advance, within the minimum and maximum shown for that service. No order can be below $1.00.
• A quote request is not a confirmed order and nothing is charged. After we review it we may set a price; the order is only confirmed if you then choose to pay that amount.
• All prices are in US dollars (USD). Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on you providing information and feedback on time.
• Later changes to catalog prices do not change the amount of an order you have already placed.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by an external payment provider. An order is treated as paid only after the provider confirms the payment to us. See the Payment Policy.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the information, materials and access we reasonably need to perform the work, and you confirm you have the right to give us any content, code, credentials or materials you share for the project.

7. Ownership of the work (provisional)

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, once you have paid in full for an order, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you in that order. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code and know-how, and third-party or open-source components remain subject to their own licences.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. You may stop using the website at any time and ask us to close your account.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability (provisional)

We will perform the services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Orders already placed remain subject to the terms that applied when you placed them.
