This policy explains what personal information JOO Digital Solutions collects through this website, how it is used and stored, and who it is shared with.
1. Who is responsible
This website and the services offered on it under the brand JOO Digital Solutions are provided by RUSTOM RAFFAT JAYD, a limtited liability company (llc) doing business as JOO CARDS ("we", "us", "our").
- Mailing address: 127 N Higgins Ave, Ste 307D, #3402, Missoula, MT 59802-4486, United States
- Contact email: info@dr-jooo.com
2. Information we collect
- Account details you provide when registering: full name, email address, phone number (with country code), Telegram username and your password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash created by our authentication software; we cannot see them.
- Agreement records: the date and time you accepted our terms.
- Orders and quote requests: the services you request, project notes you write, agreed amounts and order status.
- Payment records: amount, currency, status, our payment reference and the payment provider's transaction reference, and where the provider reports them, the card brand (for example "Visa") and issuing country. Card numbers and security codes are entered directly into the payment provider's secure form; we never receive or store them.
- Project inquiries and messages you send through our forms: name, email, and — if you give them — company, phone number, country or market, project need, budget range, timeframe, preferred contact method and your message.
- How you found us, recorded only with an inquiry you send: the first page you visited on our website, the name of the website that linked to us (not the full address), any campaign tags in the link (for example "utm_source"), and the website language. This is kept in your existing session — no additional cookie is used — and helps us understand which pages and channels bring inquiries.
- Anonymous page counts: for our public pages we count views as daily totals by page address and language. No cookie, IP address, browser information or other identifier is stored with these counts, and automated visits are excluded.
- Technical and security data: IP address and browser information for signed-in sessions and to limit repeated sign-in attempts; a salted, one-way hash of your IP address to prevent contact-form abuse; and a record of important account actions (for example registration and account approval).
- Internal notes our team may add to your account or orders to manage the work. These are not shown publicly.
3. How we use it
- To create and manage your account, including reviewing account applications.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with

5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, to protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and to remember the language you chose. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Because we do not track you across websites, we do not change our practices in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
6. How long we keep information
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including providing our services, managing customer relationships, complying with applicable legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete it or anonymize it where reasonably possible, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls limiting who can see customer data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You can see your account details and status on your account page. To ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account, contact us at info@dr-jooo.com.
